News Summaries

As we approach the first round of the 2010 series, a little earlier than usual, this weekend will be the first opportunity for fans and teams to look at the riders and opposition. Teams and Riders have been training in various regions, America and Spain being the favourites with the climate, but Zach Osbourne has been working out in the unlikely surrounds of snow in Norway. After doing some riding with spiked tyres, the Yamaha World Championship contender has been Cross Country Skiing in a strict fitness regime.

The Little Silver circuit is all prepared and ready to race and the team have done an excellent job in preparation before the recent wet spell. Club spokesman, Robin Griffiths, commented, "We are really pleased that we have not held any recent meetings and much of the ground was prepared before the winter weather set in. We have some new jumps and technical sections and we are ready to roll".All the top riders will be there headed by all our British GP Teams of Stephen Sword, Tom Church, Mattis Karro, Jake Nicholls, Graeme Irwin, Gareth Swanepoel, Evgeny Bobreshev, Pascal Lauret and Osbourne. Top British talent is by way of current MX1 champion, Brad Anderson, Jason Dougan, Gordon Crockard, Carl Nunn, James Noble, Kristian Whatley, Elliot Banks Browne and Jordan Rose.
